Irving is something of a quiet spot when it comes to tourist attractions and probably not among America's most popular tourist destinations.However, with the interests provided by historic Las Colinas and the attractions on offer at nearby Dallas and Fort Worth, it certainly shouldn't be ruled out as a visitor destination.

The Las Colinas Movie Studios is a full service production studio facility that has contributed to the making of many of Hollywood's best known movies. Visitors can take a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility, with attractions including a special effects show and a starship adventure, while also providing an opportunity to view unique movie memorabilia.

Irving's Las Colinas Equestrian Center is a must-visit destination for equestrian lovers of all ages. The center is the location for regular horse shows, including the prestigious annual National Grand Prix. Visitors who are accomplished riders can try out some of the center's riding trails, including the challenging cross-country run.

Despite being situated in Irving, the Texas Stadium is home to the world-famous Dallas Cowboys American football team. Known as 'America's Team', they draw fans from around the state who come to the stadium to watch them play.
